- all bookings confirmed at least 6 months in advance will be discounted by 10% (applicable only to the whole property rentals)
- all bookings for April, May or June will be discounted by 20%

2013 & 2014 Daily Rates

Whole Villa (12 PAX, six double rooms, four bathrooms) 360 €
The villa rooms can be occasionally rented individually, given the availability of the property, as follows:
Main suite (king-size bed) (2 PAX) 90 €
Junior suite (king-size bed) (2 PAX) 75 €

All rates per night, breakfast and staff services (daily house-keeping, gardening and pool cleaning, cooks, night security and local guides) included

These rates are indicative only and may vary, depending on local prices increases

• Transfer from and to the airport (each way, per car) 40 €
• Jeep hiring (per day) 40 €
• Motorbike hiring (per day) 25 €
• Dolphin tour (per boat) 60 €
• Diving (half day – two dives, per person) 60 €
• Game fishing (half day, per boat) 15 €
• Spice Tour (per car, up to 6 passengers) 60 €
• Snorkelling (lunch included, per person) 10 €
